Fintech: Disrupt or be disrupted overview

Drawing on case studies from global banking and other sectors, the Masterclass will focus on three key areas:

  • Hype or reality - making common sense of emerging technologies
  • Business model agility options in a disruptive and uncertain economy
  • Influencing consumer behaviour through focussed people (and robot) strategy

The session will provide practical perspectives on customer experience, cost optimisation and control through the digital lens.
