What makes us happy? What constitutes the satisfied life? In this session we will examine the elements of life and work satisfaction and, in particular, look at the effects of positive emotions in the work-place. Research has shown that positive emotions broaden our perspectives and actions; they make us more creative and they build physical, psychological, intellectual and social resources that have a lasting impact. The event will introduce you to ideas for increasing your personal quota of positive emotions and offers suggestions for increasing positive emotions in your work-place.
