I recently changed job role and have been in this new and completely different role for 2 months. Overcoming any challenges is most satisfying!

The most challenging aspect is continual regulatory change and having to meet strict reporting deadlines!
What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?
I love spending time with family and friends, cooking, going for scenic walks (when it’s not raining!) and gardening.
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party?
Friends and family, Sir David Attenborough for his nature stories, Derren Brown to entertain, Mary Berry to bake and Snow Patrol to sing.
What one thing would you bring to a desert island?
A knife to cut wood and for coconuts!
If you had a magic wand, what one change would you make that would make the biggest difference to you as a banking professional today?
Even greater focus on improving and quickening existing banking processes through involvement of staff and new technologies.
