IOB launches new Teaching, Learning and Assessment Strategy

IOB has launched a new Teaching, Learning and Assessment Strategy 2021-2024. Aligned to the IOB Strategic Plan, the new strategy outlines the structure and best practices that will inform IOB’s approach to curriculum development, teaching, learning and assessments – as well as the student and stakeholder engagement that underpins these elements.

Research for the strategy was conducted by carrying out consultation with IOB’s leadership team, academic advisors and other stakeholders. Central to the research was student feedback and input, sought through focus groups. This research helped to define the attributes that every graduate should attain through their learning journey with IOB.
