The Institute of Banking has partnered with Financial Services Ireland and Ibec Management Academy on the FSI CareerPlus programme for 2016/2017.
This programme is an exciting opportunity for jobseekers who seek to up-skill or re-skill to improve employment opportunities. The programme is part of the Government’s Springboard initiative and is 100% funded for eligible candidates.
FSI CareerPlus allows participants to develop their skills in financial services and professional competency. Over the past five years more than 600 participants have been fully funded on the FSI CareerPlus programme. Over 40% of graduates gained employment within 3-6 months of completing the programme, with a further 30% choosing to take up further study.
The FSI CareerPlus programme for 2016-17 includes:
- Graduate Diploma in Financial Services, a six-module, 60-credit postgraduate qualification delivered by The Institute of Banking, awarded by University College Dublin.
- Certificate in Employability, a 10-credit level 6 qualification delivered by Ibec Management Academy, awarded by Dublin Institute of Technology.
Both of these programmes are delivered by lectures and workshops starting in September 2016, and culminating in final exams in July 2017.
